The Maglev train Transrapid did not succeed primarily due to high construction and maintenance costs. The technology was expensive to implement and required specialized infrastructure, making it less cost-effective compared to traditional high-speed rail systems. Additionally, the limited availability of routes and the lack of widespread adoption of Maglev technology globally hindered its success. Finally, concerns over safety and public acceptance also played a role in the limited success of the Maglev train Transrapid. **

The first commercial maglev train in Germany is expected to be operational by 2023. The train will connect the cities of Munich and Berlin, providing a faster and more efficient mode of transportation. This project is part of Germany's efforts to modernize its transportation infrastructure and reduce carbon emissions. **

No, fire-breathing dragons would not be biologically possible. The ability to breathe fire would require a biological mechanism to produce and expel a flammable substance, as well as a way to ignite it. There are no known biological systems that could accomplish this, and the energy required to produce and expel fire would be impractical for a living organism. Additionally, the heat and pressure from breathing fire would likely be harmful to the dragon's own body. Therefore, fire-breathing dragons are purely a product of mythology and fiction. **

11 m per or 12 m Maglev refers to the distance covered by a magnetic levitation (Maglev) train in one second. This means that the train travels 11 meters in one second or 12 meters in one second, depending on the specific Maglev system. Maglev trains are known for their high speeds and smooth rides due to the lack of friction with traditional tracks, making them an efficient mode of transportation for long distances. **
